Trademark registration

Includes preliminary search, if necessary, e-filing and official fee payments. We provide our clients with detailed report regarding the estimation of the risks of refusal before the filing in order to build the correct trademark strategy.

Patent protection

E-filing of patent (invention, utility model) applications, based on PCT application or directly. We provide our clients with the full information regarding the process of examination. Russian design applications could not be filed electronically, however we make the process of filing as quick as possible.

In the case of infringement of your trademark or patent on the territory of the Russian Federation, a claim should be brought in front of the Russian Commercial Court in the region, where the infringement took place. The cases of non-use cancelation are heard by the IP Court in Moscow
